Mirrors images from remote repositories to forgejo.f4te.de.

Currently ownly linux/amd64 images are mirrored, because running into pull constraints is not fun.

If you want to pull all images --all is needed.

Workaround is in place for waiting 2h after an error and then continue pulling.
